RESUMO
Se predic ey explica el Bienestar Subjetivo Balance (bienestar y malestar en la satisfacción con la vida según el BIS-HERNAN) a través de la Inteligencia Emocional y de los Moldes entales, como modelos de habilidades cognitivo-afectivas y no de rasgos. La muestra constituida por 110 participantes,f orma dos grupos de bienestar y malestar etemo, con 37 sujetos cada uno. La IE, medida a través de as pruebas TMMS-24 Y SSRI, explica un 31% de las varianza, en un análisis discrimiante, que clasifica al 74% de lo casos especialmente, con la dimensión Regulacion y Claridad emocional. El test MOLDES explica un 61% de la varianza y clasifica correctamente al 89% de los sujetos en los respectivos grupos resaltando que la suspicacia hostial, unida a la dependencia social y a a fata d ela valoración de los propios logros, es loq ue mejor discrimina el malestar del bienestar subjetivo(AU)
The Balanced Subjective Well-being (well-being and discomfort in the satisfaciton with the life according to BIS-HERNÁN) is predicted and explained through the Emotional Intelligence and the Mental Molds, as models of cognitive-affective abilities versus traits. The sample, constitutd by 110 paricipants, includes two groups; extreme well-being and discomfort with 37 people each one. The EL, evaluated through the test TMMS-24 and SSRI, explains 31% of the vairance through a discrimant explains 31% of the variance though a discriminat analysis whch classifies to 74% of the cases, especially,with Emotional Regulation and Clarity dimensions.
